Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your ClosersHQ subscription and what happens to your account and data upon cancellation.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of these methods:
- Self-service: Log in → go to Subscription & Support → click Cancel Subscription. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@closershq.in from your registered email address, including your organisation name and account email. We will process it within 2 business days.
Cancellations cannot be backdated. If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, the cancellation applies to the next cycle.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access to ClosersHQ remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further automatic charges will be made after the cancellation date.
- You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).
- At the end of the billing period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access leads, projects, or reports.
3. Data After Cancellation
- Your data (leads, contacts, projects, reports) is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends.
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers.
- We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling. Use the Export feature available in your admin panel.
4. Reactivation
You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing to a plan again from the Subscription page. If your data has not yet been deleted (within 30 days of suspension), it will be fully restored.
5. Platform Admin Cancellation
S9 Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding amounts. In such cases, the standard refund policy applies.
